As Christmas approaches, we are preparing again to spread some Christmas joy and compassion through the Vinnies this Christmas. What we give to the Vinnies is distributed to various Refugee Agencies and is always gratefully received. For people who have so many challenges in their lives, what they receive from us is ‘the highlight of their Christmas’ and a genuine experience of ‘Christmas joy’.

Each Pastoral Care Group have a laundry basket in which donations of wrapped presents/gift-cards can be placed for allocated families. These items will be collected from the College by the Vinnies and other Refugee Support Agencies following the end of year Thanksgiving Mass for each Year Group.

The 2023 Christmas Appeal is now in full swing with the Year 11s’ hampers already collected. Thanks to our Year 11 PCAs and Miss Taryn Mohen as well as Mrs Maria Wainwright, Mrs Ann Lopez-Patterson with the Social Justice Committee for your assistance and efforts.

Your support alleviates some of the pain associated with poverty and importantly will share some of the joy of Christmas.
