The Inter-House Athletics Carnivals took place on the 2nd and 3rd May. We were blessed with perfect conditions and carried out two seamless carnivals on the College Oval.
The Year 9s kicked off the carnivals on Monday from Period 1-3 followed by our senior students in the afternoon. The level of competition was impressive and fierce with House pride on the line.
On Tuesday, the Year 7s tackled their first Inter-House Athletics Carnival and the atmosphere was electric! Not to be outdone, the Year 8s finished the day in style, demonstrating athleticism and enthusiasm.
Congratulations to all students who participated! A special thank you to our Head Athletics Coach, Mr Butler, for his hard work and tireless effort to provide two fantastic events, supported by our Director of Sport, Mr Heyes and the entire PE Department. Results will be released early next week.
