Chisholm is proud to partner with the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC) as part of their battery recycling programme. All small household batteries can be donated to be recycled, reducing landfill and environmental issues associated with battery chemicals.

Chisholm families are encouraged to collect and donate their batteries as part of this programme. Last semester, we was able to collect 20 kilograms of batteries, and we would love to see this number increase in Semester Two.

The EMRC Battery Bin is located at the student entry of the Administration building (across from PCG trays).
