Monday 24 April 2023: First Day of Term 2

Parent/Teacher/Student Meetings will occur on Monday 24 April 2023, the FIRST DAY OF TERM 2, between 10:30 am and 7:30pm in the Brother Ollie Pickett Recreation Centre. This is also a Pupil-free day for students.

These meetings are invaluable for providing feedback and promoting the three-way parent-teacher-student relationship. Appointment bookings will be open from Wednesday 5 April 6pm and close on Wednesday 19 April 6pm (during the school holidays).

These Parent/Teacher/Student meetings are offered following the release of Term 1 Interim Reports, which will be posted on Monday 3 April to SEQTA Engage, Learn and Teach. In Week 1.10, further instructions on making an appointment through a family’s individual PTO link will be emailed to parents. Parents can also access PTO via the Portals Menu in SEQTA Engage. Please note that appointments can only be made in the above booking period. We will be unable to take bookings next term.

You are invited to make an appointment with any of your child’s teachers. It is particularly important to do so if a teacher has requested an interview with you. As most of our teachers will have full bookings, we request that you adhere to allocated times of 7 minutes per meeting, as well as print your interview schedule in advance to bring on the day.
