Year 9 – 12 Semester 1 Examination Timetables

May 12, 2022

The Semester 1 Examination period is from 30 May – 10 June. Year 10 -12 students and their guardians have received the Semester 1 Examination Timetable this week and the Examination Rules. Copies can be found in SEQTA ENGAGE and SEQTA LEARN under DOCUMENTS.

Students in Years 10 -12 are on STUDY LEAVE during the examination period and are not required to attend school during this time unless they have an examination. A study room (I17) is available for Year 10 students who are on campus. When on campus, students are expected to be dressed correctly in full Winter uniform. Students should be at the examination venue 30 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled examination.

Year 9 students will have one examination this semester. The Year 9 REL examination will be held on Tuesday 7 June, Periods 5 and 6. Students in 9RES and 9REP do not have an examination and will attend regular classes at that time. Assessments in other subjects will be held during class time throughout the term.

Parents are asked to refrain from scheduling appointments for their children during the examination period. If a child is absent due to illness, please contact the College and Head of Year. A medical certificate is usually required.

For any questions regarding examinations, please contact the subject teacher, PCA or Head of Year.
