On Tuesday our Senior Netball team faced Ursula Frayne Catholic College in the Quarter Final of the ACC Championship. Our girls began the game well and were ahead at quarter time by three goals, playing some fast-paced Netball. Ursula Frayne fought their way back and held a 4-goal lead at half-time.

The third and fourth quarters saw Chisholm fight hard, but Ursula Frayne proved too strong, winning 44-33.

Our girls should be proud of playing a great game and just came up against a very strong opposition who may well go on to defend the title that they won in 2021.

On Wednesday it was the turn of the Senior Boys’ Soccer team to play their Quarter Final against Kennedy Baptist College at Chisholm.

It was Chisholm who dominated the game and assumed control by half-time with a 3-0 lead. The team played composed soccer and throughout the game, showed calmness and good structure on the field to come away 6-1 winners.

Chisholm now go forward to the Semi Final against Mercy College on Wednesday 10 August at a neutral venue, Britannia Road Reserve, Mount Hawthorn.
