After three weeks of intensive training, learning new positions and rotations we had our VWA School’s Cup on Catholic Day. The boys arrived nice and early, ready to get going! Our first game went swimmingly. The boys were getting everything up and really going for the ball. Lots of great team work on court and support on the bench. There’s lots of potential for future volleyball stars in that team. Unfortunately, we didn’t make it to the playoffs – we won one out of the two preliminary games, but our spirits were high and we were determined to win our third. They did! In a nail biter time run out set – we were victorious.

Thanks for Ms Alicia Anderson for coming down and supporting us. Super proud of how far the boys have come and all their hard work leading up to the competition. They did Chisholm proud and played really well. Maybe next year we will get another shot – but Chisholm really left their mark on Volleyball with lots of coaches from other schools praising the talent on our team.
