On Ash Wednesday, we gathered in our College Houses – Keenan, Laurence, O’Sullivan and Prendiville, to mark the beginning of Lent with a beautiful Liturgy of the Word, distribution of the ashes and Project Compassion launch. Thanks to Father Ziggy and Mrs Wainwright, for their assistance together with our senior staff assisting in each House Liturgy. Thank you also to the Chisholm Ministers for arriving early and playing such an important role in leading prayers, readings, distribution of the ashes and in managing the projector and sound for our respective House Service.

The 40 days ahead are an opportunity to Grow in Christ with a focus on prayer, penance, fasting and almsgiving (generosity, especially in support of Project Compassion).
