The last week of Term 3 on the College Calendar is significant in many ways but especially for our departing Year 12 students.  

Whilst the year is not completely finished for the group with second semester exams in the holidays and two weeks of seminars leading up to Graduation Evening and the WACE exams, the typical routine of classes as such has come to an end.  

The Final College Assembly for them yesterday and later in the day the Thanksgiving Eucharist in the Chapel were memorable and very emotional events with much to reflect on and acknowledge as we farewelled them. As always it was certainly a mix of celebration and joy but also tinged with some sadness and tears. Congratulations to those Year 12s that distinguished themselves with various awards in our Final Assembly yesterday. 

I thank each and every one of them for the manner in which they finished the day and for the great respect and well wishes passed on to me personally by the group, in what is also my final year. 

My thanks also extend to all of our Year 12 parents and families for their great support along the journey and to the wonderful Chisholm staff that have played a such vital part in these past six years.
