Every Wednesday, a group of Year 10s spend time at Wheelchairs for Kids and help assemble wheelchair components. This week, the students worked on wheels and wheel covers (the wheels are not filled with air but with foam so if punctured they still rotate) as well as brake assembly. Brother Ollie is always grateful for the support Chisholm offers and mentioned Chisholm Day during the morning tea that volunteers shared. The funds contributed by Chisholm and the service provided by our students will help fill the container with wheelchairs which is bound for Mongolia shortly.
