Chisholm Catholic College would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Year 10 students – Leo Brand, Eamon Byrne and Nathan D’Cunha who represented our College so beautifully at CraigCare aged residence during the recent Remembrance Day Service. Their performance of The Last Post and The National Anthem was deeply moving and brought great comfort and pride to the residents and staff who attended.
“For many of the residents, The Last Post holds powerful memories of service, sacrifice and remembrance. Hearing it played live by the students was a meaningful reminder that the spirit of respect and gratitude continues through the younger generation.” – A staff member at CraigCare
“Thank you for helping us remember – lest we forget.” – A resident
We are so proud of the students for their maturity and willingness to give their time to honour those who served. Your thoughtful contribution reflected the values of our College and helped make the Ceremony truly special for the residents of CraigCare.
