College Photographs including Winter NAS

August 7, 2024

The official College photographs will be taken from Thursday 22 August to Monday 26 August and then continuing with Winter NAS team photographs Monday 26 August to Wednesday 28 August. Schedules for these have now been released to students.

It is imperative that each student’s Winter Uniform and presentation is of the highest order and ask for parents’ assistance with replacing or repairing any items. In particular:

  • shirts need top buttons and blazers need two front buttons
  • students are to wear the correct tights (and ladder-free) or black/grey belts as necessary
  • black lace up shoes should be polished
  • student hairstyle, jewellery, (no) make up as per the Student Uniform and Dress Standards.

Personally labelled envelopes for photograph orders have been given to students in PCG this week (spares are available at Student Reception if they get misplaced). Parents/Guardians are asked to select the photographs they require and return to their child/ren for their photography day (even if no photos are being ordered). Sibling photos can be ordered online using the access key already provided on individual envelopes if appropriate (photographs will have spare envelopes as well). Any student who forgets to bring their envelope on photo day will have a second chance to order school photos when the photos are available, however additional charges will apply.

If your child/ren represented the College for Winter NAS Term 2 or 3, please ensure they too are well presented as per our Uniform Standards and:

  • they bring their complete sports team uniform, including correct jersey and shoes/socks
  • if there is no special team uniform, then they are to wear the PE uniform.

Students are to get changed at lunchtime and those who do not have their proper team uniform will not be permitted to have their picture taken. Please note these are the photos that can be purchased via Fotoworks in due course and will also appear in the College Annual.
