The 2025 academic year is coming to a close and one of the key events that underlines this is our annual Presentation and Awards Evening. This will occur next Monday 1 December notably in the Brother Olly Pickett Recreation Centre on campus at Chisholm. We look forward to this special night and the chance to acknowledge and congratulate all of our years’ award recipients.

With this significant year of Jubilee coming to an end, we also recognise the close of a number of careers through retirement and the movement of staff from Chisholm, at the end of 2025.

We congratulate and acknowledge whole-heartedly the fantastic long-term contributions of Mrs Rosemairy Overden, Mrs Ingrid Chidlow, Mr John White, Mrs Jenni Kastropil, Mrs Cally Black and Mr Graham Adam as they head to retirement. Their service and dedication to Chisholm Catholic College and to Catholic Education generally, is much appreciated.

We also say farewell and thank you to a number of other long- and shorter-term staff who will leave us at the end of the year. Of particular note are Mrs Nicole Huggins who leaves us to become Vice Principal at Mercedes College and Ms Jessica Martin who will be a Deputy Principal at St Brigid’s College. We congratulate them both on these very deserved promotions. Sadly, we also farewell Father Ziggy Wloczek who has served our community so fantastically as our College Chaplain over the past seven years.

As we reach the end point of the year we will congratulate and farewell other staff who may be leaving and welcome the new faces who will join our Chisholm community.
