As we close on our shortened first term, I take this opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work and efforts throughout.
Early next term, I plan to write once again to families and our whole community with updates on our work and plans to date in 2024, the outcome from our Quality Catholic Education School Review which concluded this week, the progress of our new Flexible Learning Centre building that is now gaining momentum and other important things for mid-year.
I also take this opportunity to pass on my best wishes to everyone for a very Holy and Happy Easter and for a restful holiday break.
Included below is an excerpt from Archbishop Costelloe’s Easter message, the full version of which can be accessed from the accompanying links.
Dear friends,
This Easter, I invite you to remember that Jesus Christ, risen from the dead and alive with us, is at the heart of Easter, just as he is at the heart of the Church, and of every aspect of the Church’s life. He calls to us and asks us to make room for Him so that He can be the companion on our journey, enabling us by His presence among us to love as He did. I invite each and every one of you to open your hearts to Him, let Him be the way you follow, the truth you believe and the life you live – and do not be afraid, for He loves us with an everlasting love. May you all have a Happy and Holy Easter.
