FROM THE PRINCIPAL – Term 2 Week 11

July 3, 2026

Dear Parents, Students, Staff and Friends of Chisholm Catholic College,

As we conclude a long, 11-week term, I would like to thank our entire College community for the commitment, resilience and support shown throughout the semester.

This term has been filled with learning and achievement, faith formation and so much more. Our students have embraced challenges, celebrated success across academic, faith, service, sporting and cultural pursuits, and represented the College with pride. Their efforts continue to reflect our College values of Character, Learning and Compassion, and the broader aspirations of our community.

Our faith life has remained central to College culture through prayer, liturgies, retreats and service opportunities. These experiences have strengthened our sense of belonging and have encouraged our students to live out Gospel values in their daily lives.

I extend my sincere gratitude to our staff, whose dedication and care ensure that every student is supported to learn and grow. I also thank our parents and caregivers for the vital partnership you provide through your encouragement and ongoing involvement in College life.

The holiday break is a well-deserved opportunity to rest, recharge and spend time with family and friends. We look forward to welcoming students back next term, refreshed and ready for another exciting Semester.

On behalf of the College Leadership Team, thank you for your continued support. I wish all families a safe, restful and blessed break.

“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.” (Anne Lamott – novelist)

God bless.
