My sincere thanks to everyone in the Chisholm community for what is always a very busy start to Term 4.
Semester Two exams, Year 12 Seminars, the Practical and Creative Arts Exhibition, the weekend CEWA Charism Art Exhibition hosted by Chisholm in our Chapel, Music, Grandparents Morning and preparations for tonight’s all important Graduation evening have all weighed into these very busy days. Congratulations to everyone involved.
In the coming weeks I will clarify to families the details around the introduction of the new three week break in the middle of the year starting in 2027. This will incorporate changes to our start and finish dates.
As we continue to consolidate our plans and staffing for 2026, I’m very pleased to announce that the appointment process for a new Deputy Principal starting 2026 to replace Mrs Nicole Huggins, has concluded. We congratulate Deacon Aaron Peters on his appointment as Deputy Principal and his welcome return, having served at Chisholm a decade ago. Further appointments will be announced in Weeks 3 and 4.
The next busy phase will see our Year 9 ‘Into Adulthood’ camps take place and the Year 12 ATAR examinations.
Mr John Bormolini
Principal
