On Monday, Prefects and Years 10-12 House Representatives had the opportunity to attend a workshop on high performance work habits. The students were lucky enough to be led by former Chisholm’s Head Boy, David Castelanelli, from Levitate Learning, who discussed and demonstrated how various habits and strategies can positively affect our lives as leaders. 

Through interactive activities, such as creating a group pitch and Family Feud, students worked collaboratively with different year groups and discovered the benefits of habit-making in our leadership journeys. We discovered The Compound Effect – how small daily actions can transform our ability to lead; how the top 1% stand out, and how to master the art of consistency and discipline whilst maintaining motivation.

Year 10 Students
