This year for Harmony Day, Thursday 21 March, students will be asked to donate $2 towards Caritas’ Project Compassion, Lenten Appeal.

For their donation students will be able to wear casual dress. However, in the spirit of Harmony Day, please encourage the students to wear traditional cultural dress/costume or orange (the colour of Harmony Day) or a sport jersey.

The students in traditional dress will receive house points for their House and go into the draw to win one of three gift vouchers. Before school, students who are in traditional dress/costume, are to get a raffle ticket from one of six stations, these stations will be in your Year area.

Leading up to Harmony Day, on Friday lunchtime, the Social Justice Committee members will be outside the canteen giving a Harmony Day Ribbon away with every donation to Project Compassion. Thank you!
