Over the Week 9 weekend, music students from various ensembles including College Concert Band, Jazz Band, String Orchestra and Senior Choir were invited to the College Music Camp for 2026.

The camp featured a busy schedule with various rehearsals taking place throughout the day in preparation for the Catholic Performing Arts Festival in Term 3. The two nights were full of laughter, and many inside jokes were made. Music Camp is always an event we look forward to. Our movie/games night and the Quiz Night created memories that we will cherish for a long time.

We concluded the camp with a performance from each ensemble, displaying the effort put in over the weekend. All in all, the camp was a time for us to take a break from the hectic schedules and spend time on the instruments, playing the pieces given to us that bring us joy.

A massive thank you to all music staff, especially our Music Director, Mr Gareth Goerke, and Mrs Natalia Pace, Music Administrator, for making this all possible.
