As publicised to families on earlier occasions, the College Uniform Review Committee has continued with the process of reviewing and evaluating design improvements for our student uniform, in line with survey feedback and what we believe will work best. This process, it must be stressed again, is not about a complete change to new colours or a completely different style in every garment but rather refreshing our distinctive and attractive uniform, in a more practical and contemporary way, something that many members of our community have requested for some time.

We are now at the point of looking very carefully at these individual improvements via real samples and the coming six-month period will confirm what those improvements will look like.

Importantly, the Committee and College Executive are finalising what would be most appropriate in terms of adopting the updated uniform elements, with particular attention to minimising the financial impost and providing a reasonable phase in period. It is looking increasingly likely that this phase in will begin from the beginning of 2024, commencing with Year 7s only.
