Parent/Teacher/Student Meetings will occur on Monday 24 April 2023, the FIRST DAY OF TERM 2, between 10:30am and 7:30pm in the Br Ollie Pickett Recreation Centre. This is also a pupil-free day for students.

Appointment bookings are open from Wednesday 5 April 6pm and close on Wednesday 19 April 6pm (during the school holidays). Please note that there will be some site maintenance on 11 April when PTO will be unavailable for a few hours.

These Parent/Teacher/Student meetings are offered following the release of Term 1 Interim Reports, which have now been posted on SEQTA Engage, Learn and Teach. In Week 1.10, further instructions on making an appointment through a family’s individual PTO link has been emailed to parents. Parents can also access PTO via the Portals Menu in SEQTA Engage. Please note that appointments can only be made in the above booking period. We will be unable to take bookings next term.

You are invited to make an appointment with any of your child’s teachers. It is particularly important to do so if a teacher has requested an interview with you. As most of our teachers will have full bookings, we request that you adhere to allocated times of seven minutes per meeting, as well as print your interview schedule in advance to bring on the day.
