All parents are invited to attend Paul Dillon’s presentation on Tuesday 22 August at 6:30 to 8:30pm in the Performing Arts Centre (B1).

Paul Dillon has been working in the area of drug education for the past 25 years. He is the founder of Drug and Alcohol Research and Training Australia and a former school teacher, Paul conducts drug information sessions and workshops for school students across Australia and internationally, in countries as diverse as the UK, the Philippines and Indonesia.

Paul Dillon will be speaking about Vaping – ‘short and sweet’: What do parents need to know? This session will provide up-to-date and accurate information on the use of e-cigarettes and vaping, including the potential harms associated with the use of these devices, practical advice on how to talk to young people about vaping and some possible responses that parents can use should their child attempt to challenge them in this complex area.

Paul will also be presenting sessions on drug and alcohol use to our Year 10-12 students during the day.
