Practical Strategies for Integrating ChatGPT in Education

On 26 May, the College hosted a Teachers’ Professional Learning Day, featuring a renowned presenter, Leon Furze, who enlightened the teachers on the practical strategies for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. With a focus on the application of ChatGPT, an advanced language model, this PL Day aimed to equip teachers with innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and foster a dynamic learning environment.

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping various industries and education is no exception. Leon Furze introduced the concept of AI and its implications for the teaching-learning process. He emphasised that AI, when used effectively, can facilitate personalised learning experiences, support student creativity and enhance critical thinking skills.
