On Tuesday, all Year 11 students and their Pastoral Care Advisors attended the RAC Bstreetsmart excursion at the RAC Arena. The programme focused on safe driving, the dangers of risk-taking behaviour behind the wheel, and the importance of making responsible choices to help prevent road trauma.
With many of our Year 11 students preparing to obtain their driver’s licences in the coming year, the excursion was a timely and powerful reminder of the responsibilities that come with being on the road. It provided valuable insights that will support them in becoming safe, informed and considerate drivers.
We hope students continue these important conversations at home, sharing their experiences with their families and reflecting together on this significant community issue.
Our Year 11 cohort is to be highly commended for their exemplary engagement in the day and for the outstanding way they represented our College.
