At Chisholm, the Student Leaders’ Mentor Programme provides the Prefects with additional support from a selected staff mentor as they undertake their leadership journey. Our Prefects and Assistant Prefects nominate staff members for this role, who they have been trained and are happy to walk alongside them as they progress through the year.

The mentor encourages and guides the Prefect to realise their potential, offers feedback, provides advice on challenging situations and supports their leadership journey. By offering constructive feedback, a mentor helps the mentee refine their thoughts and perspectives on leadership.

This morning, our Mentors and Mentees enjoyed an early morning breakfast to share their leadership experience so far. Thank you to our mentors for arriving to school earlier today, as well as to Mrs Monterosso and the Canteen team for the delicious breakfast!
