Last Friday, we participated in a Planning Day led by former Chisholm Head Boy, Ronan McGinniss, from GRIP Leadership, and Ms Rodrigues. The day specialised in helping us as a Prefect group set ourselves up for success for the upcoming events throughout the year.

At the commencement of the day, we were welcomed by our new College Principal, Mr Harvey, and then collected our newly embroidered blazers. Over the course of the session, we focused on the importance of planning, collaboration with one another and enthusiasm, reflecting upon what we had learnt at the Student Leaders’ Camp in December. We worked on setting realistic expectations and achieving practical goals for the long term. Additionally, we participated in activities that taught us how to maximise our potential as leaders.

Following a quick lunch break, we moved into our Houses and discussed upcoming events and the preparations for a successful year ahead. We would like to express our gratitude to Ronan McGinniss and Ms Rodrigues, for their direction and support. Additionally, we would like to thank the House Leaders whose leadership and guidance helps us and all students thrive.
