On Monday, Prefects and Assistant Prefects had the pleasure of taking part in a workshop hosted by David Castelanelli (Head Boy, Class of 2015) for the second time this year, discovering our own leadership style through the official DISC personality test. We teamed up and competed a series of group challenges, designed to test our teamwork skills under pressure.

Whether we were a Driver, Influencer, Stabiliser or Conscientious leader, this session sharpened our leadership skills and brought us closer together as a team. All of our Prefects and Assistant Prefects agreed that we gained some valuable skills from this workshop that we will apply both at school and the future workplace. A big thank you to David Castanelli for taking time out of his day to share his invaluable knowledge about leadership.
