Congratulations to Year 11 students, Jaxon Debono and Liam Leach, on their outstanding achievements in swimming over the recent school holidays.

Both students have been selected by Swimming WA for the 2026/27 WA Development Program, based on their performances at the 2025 WA Swimming State Championships and the 2026 Australian National Age Championships.

As part of their selection, Jaxon and Liam represented Western Australia at the Tri-Series Swimming Event in Karratha, competing against teams from Victoria and New Zealand.

Jaxon achieved a standout 4^th place finish in the Under 18 200m Freestyle, recording a personal best time of 1:53.79, while Liam secured 4^th place finishes in the Under 18 50m Backstroke and 100m Individual Medley, both with personal best performances.

We congratulate Jaxon and Liam on their dedication, commitment and success, and wish them all the best as they continue to represent our College and Western Australia in the pool.
