Our students travel to and from Chisholm Catholic College in many ways each day, including public transport, being dropped off or collected by family members, carpooling, walking and riding. As a large inner-city school, this diversity reflects the strength and flexibility of our community, while also reminding us of our shared responsibility. Our Christian values are precious and we hope they are consistently evident in our daily actions.
As a College community, we share local streets, footpaths and public spaces with our neighbours and the wider community. How we move through these spaces matters. Respect and patience are essential in ensuring everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
We thank our students, staff and parents for the many demonstrations of courtesy, respect for others’ space, rights and dignity. A few important reminders: students using public transport are expected to demonstrate excellent manners and consistently swipe on and off with their SmartRider Cards. This is both the law as well as both a respectful and helpful practice supporting Transperth’s work. For drivers, please ensure our road use is always safe, lawful and considerate. Patience and care for one another is always appreciated. Thank you.
