Thank you to our parents/guardians and community for your patience, particularly this week when dropping off or picking up your children from school. The safety of our students is paramount and as the school year progresses, we anticipate traffic flow will improve as it has in previous years.
Parents are asked to read and follow our important College Drop off/Pick up Guidelines available in SEQTA Engage/Learn. Please inform other family and friends who collect your children of these guidelines.

Other key information:
- Please be courteous and kind of other drivers and of our neighbours. Follow the road signs on streets around the campus and drive with absolute care.
- Where parents and guardians deem it safe to do so we encourage students to walk, ride, carpool and take public transport to and from Campus.
- Parents/guardians are asked to note the following allocated Chisholm drop off/pick up areas:
Years 7 and 8 – May Street car park
Years 9 and 10 – Belham Street car park
Years 11 and 12 – Young Street car park
- Siblings can be collected together, preferably via the older child’s allocated car park.
- Outside the Administration building, quick pick up/drop off is allowed only during school hours.
- Visitors to the College Administration can access the visitors car park which is located off Beaufort Place.
- For their safety, students are not permitted to walk through the May Street car park but via the pedestrian access alongside the Basketball Courts near our new bicycle racks or via the College Oval drop off/pick up area.
- The Bus Bay off Beaufort Street is for morning drop off only and U-turns are not permitted.
