Winter is always a very difficult season for homeless people and families. Especially this year with the increasing cost of living and with banks frequently raising interest rates, more families are struggling financially to meet their basic needs.

To help during this difficult season the Social Justice Committee ask Vinnies which items are needed the most. Then members of the Social Justice Committee went around during PCG explaining the needs of these items to all the students and the staff.

The student and staff response was once again outstanding as Vinnies needed three cars to help collect all the boxes that the students and staff had filled with their donations. From the Social Justice Committee and Vinnies, “Thank you, Chisholm, for your generosity”.
