The Year 10s have been investigating different cheese types and cooking with cheese in their practical lessons. In our theory classes, we included a cheese tasting lesson. While the Camembert and Cheddar are enjoyed, it may take a while for our Year 10 students to appreciate a Blue cheese.
Last week, the Year 10 classes also made Crostini with Salami, Mozzarella and Zucchini.
