During Wednesday’s Pastoral Care Period, the College inducted the Year 11 House Representatives in front of the cohort and special guests. I encouraged the new leaders to develop the skill of being able to recognise greatness in others and to draw on inspiration from Jesus, the model servant leader. The Vice Principal, Mr Randazzo, spoke to the newly elected leaders and highlighted some key qualities of a good leader which include being a good listener, having empathy for others, showing humility and showing integrity at all times.
