Last Friday we held our Year 11 Thanksgiving Mass and final assembly. Students and invited guests gathered to celebrate their many achievements throughout the year. The Year 11s had an opportunity to reflect on the year past whilst also looking forward to the upcoming examinations, camps and of course the extended Christmas holiday break.
During this gathering we were able to celebrate the induction of the Chisholm Ministers for 2023, give thanks to our twelve House Representatives and PCAs as well as present the prestigious Character Learning Compassion awards. Finally, we were able to award the City of Bayswater Scholarship to one lucky recipient. This year’s deserving winner was Aimee Robbins who has gone above and beyond with her studies throughout her Chisholm journey.
Congratulations to the students who received the Character Learning Compassion award: Molly Flanagan, Dempsey Fricker, Daniel Gianatti, Rohan Kapoor, Jade Kingston, Xander Kirkup, Sarah Matson, Aimee Robbins, Talisha Scully, Jaymie Thompson and Ari van Vliet.
The assembly and Thanksgiving Mass was a fitting farewell for our Year 11s. I would like to wish them the best of luck for their examination period.
