Last Friday, the Year 12 Tourism students ventured out to explore the offerings that Perth CBD has on offer. Our day started by catching public transport to the city as a class, giving the Transperth bus driver a scare as he witnessed 27 students and staff boarding during peak hour traffic!
After visiting a Perth institution to grab a morning coffee, we indulged in some free samples at the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. From here, we embarked on a street art walking tour that stretched from Wolf Lane to Northbridge, showcasing the various expressionist artworks and the meanings behind them. Our final stops included visiting the state-of-the-art Perth Museum (Boola Bardip), making some purchases at various souvenir stores, before finishing our day at Elizabeth Quay for some delicious Gusto Gelato.
We were accompanied by our Tour leader Mr Alagic who was assisted by Ms Hoad – both made this an experience to remember!
