Year 7 & 10 School-Based Immunisation Programme

August 15, 2024

Year 7 students received the HPV (human papilloma virus) and dTpa (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) vaccinations this week (if parent consent was given).

Year 10 students received the Meningococcal ACWY vaccine in May (if parent consent was given).

If your child was absent and you have already registered your consent for the school-based immunisation programme, you will receive a letter from the Department of Health outlining that your child can receive their vaccinations on Tuesday 22 October (Week 4.3) at school. If you have not yet registered, but you would like your Year 7 or Year 10 child to receive their vaccinations at school this year, please ensure you complete the registration form giving your consent, by following this link: Login – VaccinateWA (health.wa.gov.au).

All students require parent/guardian consent before they receive any vaccinations at school.
