During Terms 2 and 3, a group of Year 8 and 9 Boys represented the College in the East Perth Division of the AFL Eagles Cup. After progressing to the knockout stage at the end of Term 2, the boys competed against Newman College in a Quarter Final at Hillcrest Reserve.

While the final scoreline did not go our way, the team fronted up to every contest and gave it their all against what was a very skilful Newman side. The efforts of the team throughout the entire competition are to be commended, not only on the field, but off the field as well, with their commitment and enthusiasm to making the most of this opportunity seen at weekly training sessions.
