The Year 8s started the first of our interhouse carnivals for 2024, albeit with a reduced programme due to the extreme heat. Regardless, the 26 competitors gave it their all in the hopes of making the ACC swim team. All students who participated are to be commended on their efforts and swimming ability. Thank you to Head Swim Coach Miss Powell, Assistant Swim Coach Mrs Scriven and Director of Sport Mr Heyes for their efforts and making the day a very memorable one for the Year 8 swimmers.

The results from all the carnivals will now be analysed and students will be invited to ACC Swim training in preparation for the ACC inter school swimming carnival in week 8 (March 20)
