On Wednesday morning, the Year 8 cohort attended an engaging and informative presentation, Beyond the Haze by guest speaker Azelene Williams, who spoke about the dangers and impacts of vaping. Azelene shared important information about the health risks associated with vaping, including the effects on physical health, mental wellbeing and decision-making.

Students were encouraged to think critically about peer pressure, advertising and the long-term consequences of vaping. The session provided students with practical strategies for making positive choices and seeking support when needed.
