For this week’s Pastoral Care Period, our Year 8 students welcomed Bradd Dalziel and Eleanor Swick from Zero2Hero for an engaging session focused on mental health and wellbeing. Students explored the importance of understanding mental health, building resilience, seeking support when needed and looking out for others. We are grateful to the Zero2Hero team for empowering our students with the knowledge and confidence to support themselves and those around them.
