On Wednesday, the Year 9 Italian students celebrated culture with a lively outing to the Laguna Veneto Club, where we embraced the spirit of Italy through games, food and music. We enjoyed playing bocce – a traditional Italian lawn bowl game that brought out our competitive side and savoured plates of fusilli – the beloved spiral-shaped pasta, it really felt like we were in Italy! To sweeten the experience, everyone indulged in a creamy gelato – a classical Italian treat. Adding a musical twist to the evening, several students took the spotlight in a fun karaoke session! It was a memorable experience that highlighted our enthusiasm for the Italian language and culture. Bravissimi ragazzi!
