On Wednesday morning during PCP, the Year 9 cohort had a presentation on vaping by Azalene Williams, entitled ‘Beyond the Haze’. The presentation was informative and engaging for both students and staff alike and came from a place of personal experience. It examined not only the health dangers of being addicted to vaping but also the lesser-known issue of vapes exploding, amongst an array of other myth-busting facts. Vaping is an undeniable societal epidemic facing our young adults and being able to make an informed decision based on facts rather than myths, we trust, will keep them in good stead for the future.
