Needing a win against CBC Fremantle to ensure a finals spot, Chisholm were sent into bat first and managed just 113 runs, with Mitchell, Angus and Blake having solid contributions. Having to defend a modest total, Angus broke through twice in the first over to set up a dominant bowling/ fielding performance. Angus’ impressive figures of three wickets for six runs and Sam’s two wickets for 10 runs, combined with the team’s fielding and support from all bowlers to restrict CBC to 65 runs. Chisholm have now completed the regular fixtures, winning all games.

Next week the team will be playing in the first final for a chance to play off at the WACA in the Grand Final.
